The CRA form T1013 “Authorizing or Cancelling a Representative” allows us to access your tax information so that we can complete your application.
You only have to fill in 3 parts: in “Part 1” check that your personal information is correct, amend as necessary and enter your Social Insurance Number in the appropriate box if it isn’t there. In “Part 5” ensure that you sign and date the document.
