Invoices can be paid using one of 3 simple methods:
If you bank with any of the major Canadian banks or Credit Unions, you can safely pay your invoice via their Bill Payment System.
Simply add National Benefit Authority as a payee.
Enter the amount owed along with your 'Payee Account' which refers to your Client ID number located in the upper right-hand corner of the invoice above your name.
We have bill payment arrangements with a large number of credit unions. Please call or visit your credit union branch to check if they have us on their list of bill payment companies. We are listed with most credit unions as THE NATIONAL BENEFIT AUTHORITY CORPORATION.
