"I am really grateful to The National Benefit Authority because they helped my family out alot. My dad and my brother have unfortunate disabilities and we needed help. I got a lot of money back for them all because of The National Benefit Authority."

I need some advice or ideas on management
Hey my names sarah, I'm adhd. Just curious if anyone had some financial tips and scheduale keeping etc. My money managing is absolutely horrible. I impulse buy on coffee way too much, I buy things I think I need, I can never keep a budget, if i make one I forget it ever existed. I am having a hard time following through on things scheduled to get done, which is nothing new but its really building up. The other day I went bottle collecting for gas money because i have no idea were this went? i can't keep track of anything ever. I do some freelance work on the side but some of it I havent even started because I just end up doing something else. I am so frustrated and angry at myself because I am always scrounging for change because I can never keep a budget. I feel so irresponsible and uselss. I live by myself so I can't rely on anyone fpr reminders or anything like that, i have calenders and post-its on my wall, but instead of using them they just turn into wall decoration. I really need some tips if someone had found something that works. I keep trying to be responsible and improve my situation but i always end up in the same place. Then the other day i forgot to reregister my car and got puylled over by the cops, so now i have a ticket on top of my bills im scrounging to pay. Does anyone else have this problem or am I just extremely irrisponsible? I try to follow through but it rarely ends up that way.
