hearing aids, can this really helps out patients with hearing problems?
i have hearing problems and i am not quite sure if this some sort of a serious problem for me or i can just go on with my life because i still can hear slightly. i am planning to have a hearing aid but i don't how can this help that much.

well, actually the main purpose for using hearing aids is to be able to hear clearly for communications if you have hearing problems or hearing loss.

think of a hearing aid like a microphone for magnifying sounds. that's what it does. it amplifies the sound so that it can be heard by those who are hearing impaired.
