Hi guys no offend, brooks are trying to ask information to prevent this. Not the definitions. I would like to add some information about this one. I agree with brooks about everyday exercises and jogging is one of them. Force stretching can make the joints feel good. Taking fruits and veggies that is rich in vitamin C reduce the risk of inflammatory.

splints, shoes, braces and canes to prevent or protect joints from getting stressed. Cold therapy also help you relives inflammation. And most of all is take a rest if the pain occurs.

If happen that you've been diagnose with any arthritis. You must take an early treatment in order to slow down and prevent much more damage on the joint.
