hearing loss
as i grow old, i feel some changes in my physical, mental and emotional aspects. one most disturbing change i am experiencing right now is my sense of hearing. seems like i cannot hear conversations or sounds so clear any more. is it true that even if i am still at my late 40s i am capable now of hearing loss?

At your age its to early for you to experience such kind of illness. Most of this occur at the age of early 60's. In your case, consult and ear specialist to check and ask about why you had this illness at early stage.
